The year has absolutely flown by and home construction is nearly complete in Valley View. Of the 39 lots in the neighborhood there are only 5 lots left. All the rest have either closed or are under contract to be completed. Below is a summary of what we have left! The pricing is yet to be determined but will start in the upper $400’s.
